🛍 Exchange Policy

Time Frame: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange:

  1. Wrong size sent
  2. Wrong item delivered
  3. Damaged or defective product

Conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel in case of damage.
Exchange Charges: Courier charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is from our end.

💰 Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.

In cases of wrong or defective items, we offer:

Product replacement

Or store credit (voucher) valid for your next purchase.
Sale items and customized items (e.g., name rings, name lockets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within the required time.
  2. Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the product issue.
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the exchange process.

Zamaaj Fashion reserves the right to reject a return/exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution — this will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
